Wine red/burgundy/maroon dress

Forever 21 high-neck a-line dress in a beautiful deep red wine color. Subtle striped textured detailing and flattering shape and cut. I am 5'2 and the dress hits a few inches above my knee. Material is a sturdy medium thickness - great for fall and into winter with some tights! Thin belt loops on left and right waistline. Accessories in photo (necklace and belt) are NOT included.
