Winter Cape for formal wear! Beautiful, deep blue plush, velvet-like coat that drapes over shoulders, with slit-style pockets for the arms to go through. I have no sizing information, other than it's about 28" across the front, just above the pockets. Has a full, drape-style with lots of room. Length is 48" long. Collar has a hook & Eye closure that's missing the hook. Some pitting and wear, as noted in the photos. Not sure what the fabric is made of?
