grettie Hi You purchased Poppy Jones purse...I never shut the purse personally....It needs a key, wow I did not know...I shut and opened up with a cound end of metal it popped open...if you have a small metal key it is suppose to stay in there..so sorry I did not know...it says closed because of the weight of the flap and metal key and hole..let me know if you still want it please

beadedfloral Hi, can you share a clear photo of the materials tag? The current one is very blurry and hard to read. Also, if you had to pick a state/states whose winter this coat would be good for, on a scale of Alaska to Florida, which would you pick?

sacabral77 also, I'm from Massachusetts gets wicked cold here and I wore this coat until the end of December.... so I think anything below 40ish degrees you'd need a thinker coat or add a thick sweater underneath this coat you'd be fine.... hope that helps lol
