It is sheer, made of 100% silk, with a black lining, the sleeves are gorgeously see through, and chunky and drape off the shoulder. The deep v is gorgeous. The tie can either make a knot in front or tie around the waist. It is a lovely mix of tan floral and a peacock design of color.
