debinc53 @gllamarousposh Hi There! Just a slight bit. The Fabric content is 60% Viscose, 36% Poly & only 4% Spandex/Elastane. It measures 14” across but I can stretch it to about 15” across. Does that help?

I love this skirt too, I wore it with a black turtleneck bodysuit, black suede kitten heel knee boots!
