Winter coat jacket with hoodie XXS fits like small

This is a trench style winter coat is gorgeous and is sized to fit over a suit so the sizing is different. Label says XXS but fits more like XS or Small I wear a small and this fits perfectly over the outfits but if I wear a SUIT or sweater, it fits too tight. So this is best for a size XS or small person Tag has been removed but it is NEW
