Pleated-like winter skirt. 27 inches from waist to hem.
The “pleats” have a black sheer fabric in between to create the idea of the pleats. Zipper in the back gets stuck at 1.5 inches from the top, check last picture.
Fully lined, quite heavy fabric, not all wool, just 10%.
