chicknthesticks @marmalatte Aww, thanks, that's very generous! But I still have to think about them. They're undoubtedly warm enough, I had a pair when I was stationed in Chicago and I loved them. It's the water-resistant part I'm not sure about. Wet socks in three feet of snow taking hay to the horses is my least favorite thing about winter.
