Winter-White Outfit: Express Pencil Skirt & Tunic Top

This outfit makes for a great part of any winter wardrobe! Starting with a mock turtle tunic top and elastic-waist skirt in winter white and you're ready for the office and later, a night out after work! The Top and skirt are Express Tricot, 45% cotton, 55% polyester. Skirt is a size S, waist is approximately 14" across, and can stretch up to approximately 22" with a length of 32" from waist to hem and a 9.5" back slit. Tunic is a size M, approximately 25" across the shoulders, and loose, with 18" 3/4-sleeves. Add a scarf and both pieces are extremely comfortable all day into night.
