PRICE DROP!!!! *Wire Hoop Crinoline Pettycoat* for bridal or other ball gown dresses. Worn once for a Birthday/Prom. Has a draw string in the back as well as a Velcro closure. Fits sizes 16-22. I did add a layer of Tull on the bottom for added length. Can be removed if needed. The picture of myself and the blue "Gone with the Wind" type dress is how big the crinoline is :)

elwhite80 @christaboo123 I didn’t have any problems with it. They are not stiff rings. Plastic so bendable for sure. Very light weight too :)

elwhite80 @ncaldwell3 I believe not. I only wore it once and from what I can remember they are not unless you cut them and then glue them back together. I hope that helps.
