Wisp A-line dress

From waist to bottom: 23inch (hit me pretty much at my knee) Armpit to armpit: ~16inch across I used to wear this to work. No tears, stains or rips. Got it from a Stitch Fix box. There’s a but of light colored teal in the pattern.
