New without tags, inside tag name has a line through it so they can't be returned. Plum, hard to catch the right color with the camera. Styled like jeans, but they have elastic inside the waistband, stretchy and comfortable. Zipper with one button, belt loops, straight legs taper down and have a slight flair to them, like a boot cut. Inseam is 30", rise 9", across the waist is 14 1/2". Size women's 6 petites. Although these are new without tags they may have been tried on. On the front right below and near the zipper is a lighter spot. It could be pallet dust I don't know, but I wanted to point it out, I don't wash new clothes only used. You can zoom in on the pictures of the front and see the area. Please don't purchase if this bothers you. It may or may not come out in the wash, but it is not noticeable except for close-up. Cotton, polyester, rayon, and spandex, very comfortable pants with stretch. Nice rich plum shade, at least I think that's what it is. Casual pants, could be worn to work since they're not jeans, the shade will go with so many fall colors. Good brand.
