If I'm usually a medium and pant size 28/bigger on the bottom, will this be too tight? What's the sizing like for this dress?

@ms732 hi! I don’t think it would be tight it fits pretty loose! I am a standard size 25 or 26 and it’s pretty big on me. The fabric is slinky material not really tight fitting
