With all due respect,please reach out/communicate prior to purchasing from my closet,anyone who is honest will understand,as I have had to cancel sales in the past due to zero activity members with no history who try to purchase my high end items with never even attempting to reach out or ask questions, I refuse to sell until a potential buyer communicates first,as I work hard for what I own/buy & just want to avoid any potential scammers,I love posh but sadly there are scammers on here

@mattfry30 if your wife uses posh all the time can you please provide her user name, also how it works is posh takes the funds from your credit/debit card payment then hold it until you get it, but anything over 500$ automatically goes through posh authentication so there is no way of scammers pulling funny stuff....you may want to ask your wife if she can tag me

So glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'll sell something to a new person, but only if it's not an expensive item. Anything over $25, I need to talk to them and feel them out. I would've done the same thing you did. Great job sticking to your guns! 👍🏻👌🏻

@passion4poshing thank you,yeah ive been on posh for quite a few years now & ive had my share of scammers but I learned as well & I like to keep it totally honest & upfront, posh needs to also do the same to protect us honest people

@joaie Omg, absolutely! I really think that buyers should be rated, as well, because it would help us to know what type of person they are. (late with accepting, overly nit-picky, scammers, etc.) I ALWAYS go to a buyers 'About Me' listing so I can see if there's a bunch of sellers asking for them to accept their package. If I see that, I just cancel & move on.

@joaie hi. I’m just curious as to why, if someone pays the full price, you still won’t sell to them? As in, can you be scammed even once they’ve paid? I sell stuff so if there is a way, I’d rather know lol
