Wizard of Clay Studio Art Pottery Red Ombre Glaze Crystalline Sculptural Bowl This is so highly reflective and glossy that it was difficult to photograph. It is deep red in center working outward to grey along the rim. The crystalline element is silvery. The crystalline process involves a specially formulated glaze that used zinc and silica. During the final firing, actual crystals form in the glaze, giving each piece a unique shimmering and captivating design. Every crystalline piece is one of a kind. Three rubbery feet protect the table. Measures about 7-1/4" in diameter, 1-7/8" tall (deep) at the highest point. Condition: There is a small scratch on the surface (best seen in third image) but in otherwise excellent condition. Vintage and pre-owned items may have slight imperfections or signs of light use.
