Wolff-Fording Girls Tulle Fairy Skirt Dance Costume Dress Up 20" Waist

Wolff-Fording tulle fairy is made with layers of mint green, purple, and pink tulle. The 20" waist band is made of pink elastic. Size marked is for a medium child, please purchase by waist size. Originally intended as a dance recital costume, cleaning is not recommended. I should think you could gently hand wash and air dry and it would turn out fine. Mint green layer has a small hole, see last photo.
