Woman Within Black and White Polka Dot Cold Shoulder Tunic. The tag has two Sizes 26/28 and 2X. I think the 26/28 is the EU Size and the 2X in the U.S. Size. I tried it on since it has been sitting in my closet because I forgot why I have not worn it. For me I think that it is bigger than a normal 2X and smaller than 26/28. It measures approximately: Pit to Pit- 30", Neck Line to Bottom Front Hem-25.5". Half Sleeves. It is really cute and you can dress it up or down. Any questions please ask.
