This smocked top is 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester, but feels like it is all cotton but with the stretch and ease a spandex. The BoHo design is kind of ethnically inspired with little reflective silver beads down the front! This top is new, never worn but without the tags. Machine wash delicate cycle with cold water and wash inside out. Tumble Dry Low...no chlorine bleach.
