@paradise43 put to put it’s 25 inches laying flat and the shorts are just about 15 inches across when laying flat. I put them on and measured around and they’re about 37 inches around and still have room to stretch. They’re not tight on me but they’d also be ok in someone smaller than me as well. I hope that info helps and let me know if you need any other info
