Does the top run small can it fit a small to a medium??

@andrearamire791 It does run a bit small. If you're OK with the armpit to armpit measurement (22"), and the same (22") across the bottom from left to right, then the fit should be OK. Probably more of a "medium" for sure. It's not that long from top to bottom...(18" from top of front of neck/chest to bottom). Let me know if you need any more info. It would stink if you got it and it's not what you want. Peace
