There is a few light stains not noticeable unless very close up. I have added pictures of these flaws above so please do look closely as they are the best description. No holes or rips and no missing buttons. The material is 58% cotton 42% polyester body sleeves lining 80% polyester 20% cotton. Dry clean only or spot clean. The size is Medium. The approximate measurements laying flat are. Total length 37” pit to pit 21” sleeve shoulder to cuff 29” hips 20” pit to hem 29”. This coat has a cool leopard print fabric on the inside. Has two pockets at the sides. Also has a pocket on the inside of the coat. This coat is super warm and comfortable. Perfect for the colder days of winter. The tan color can be styled with anything this trench coat is a must have.
