There are two triangles with their bases facing each other - one has crystals that move around in it and the other triangle is the watch face. The two triangles combined are 1 3/8 inches across. Watch fits 7 1/2 inches wrist and smaller wrists using buckle closure. Black leather watch straps are 1/2 inch wide near watch face and narrow going towards buckle closure. There is no second hand.
