Womans Shirt

Shimmy and fun! Blue with black is so fun. I bought it for my elderly mom to wear for a wedding but she became ill and could not attend. I think a mature woman, maybe a grandma, would love this for a special occasion. Again, the shining colors of blue with black is what is the most attractive about this item. More of a shirt than a sweater.
