Woman's Teal Plunging Back Dress

I'll be honest, I don't even know how to explain this dress. Sizing is impossible as well. I was about a sz Small when I wore it but with the exception of the sleeves being tight on the forearm this could potentially fit an XL. I will say across the hips it's 15" but it's stretchy and personally I wore it as a shirt over leggings. WARNING!!! It has a serious plunging back opening. To the point it could show the top of your panties. I'm 5'6 so take that in consideration. You can pin it for modestly issues. Semi bat wing sleeves, rhinestone jewel accent on ties, rouching on hips, light slightly thin material, and could be worn off shoulder. Mini dress if pulled up. I truly believe it was an Express item but I ripped off the tag for obvious reasons.
