Woman's blouse the size is 3X. The blouse is adjustable pleasant blouse style

In the middle of the blouse it's adjustable it's hard to see on the photos. My camera does not capture the details. The color is dark navy the designs are white more of a beige color. Please excuse the wrinkles. The blouse is in good condition. The material is very lightweight 100 percent rayon.
