Long black maxi skirt with belt loops and elastic waistband. Slight flare at bottom. Fitted, no slit. Made by Central Park West. Would look amazing with a thin belt and almost any top. Versatile beyond belief. Size S (see measurements) Waist: 22” (measurement taken lying flat- does have approximately 4” more when stretched, making the waist 22”-26”) Hips: 32” (fabric does have moderate stretch to it) Length: 37 1/2”
