diryan0912 You could have written to me before this rating, I had a perfect record. I could understand if it was stained, with a hole, missing button, but to get a 3 with no opportunity to assure you was happy with your purchase, was pretty unfair. Enjoy the brand new, clean, jacket, and gift. I can't imagine I'd get a 3 for not including the tags. Why would you need them?? I have them. I would've mail it to you if that would've made you happy. Heartbroken in Maryland.💔

You have the audacity to lecture me about my actions!!!! I didn't tell you to post that item with the description of "new with tags". As the seller, you have an obligation to buyers to sell what you say you are selling. I don't think you should be writing to tell me what I could have done!!!! What could you have done?

toogorg To keep this from happening in the first place??? What if I had been purchasing as a gift? I have the biggest heart in the world and would give anyone the shirt off my back but this was not right, period. Great that you say it was new and that the original price was what YOU said it was, but who really knows either if there are no tags.

diryan0912 @toogorg All this for tags? Really? When you purchase clothing it's to wear it, tags are removed. I wasn't lecturing, I was trying to help you see, before rating you should give your fellow posher a chance to make things right. All my customers are happy n satisfied, you are not satisfied just because I removed the tags.. there was nothing wrong with the item you purchased, that's why you rate in the first place. My deepest apologies.

diryan0912 Wasn't thinking when I cut off tags. I've done that before never had problems. I just don't want my Poshers thinking I send clothing in bad shape. Being a Posh seller, I am sure you would've appreciated the same as well, because I'm an avid believer in customer satisfaction. I nicely wrap, send grateful card and even give an unadvertised gift to all my people, you can see that in my reviews. I am just saying....

toogorg If you want me to be bluntly honest, which I was trying not to be., the jacket did an odor and did not smell new, at all. I purchased this for a gift for Mother's Day, which is really no ones business. You should not have advertised this item as new with tags, period, if the tags were not attached. It's amazing to me that I am the bad guy because if a choice you made. I am sorry too!!

kathyluteman Hello, my package come from you today I had purchased the pink juice couture pants size Xl. you so kindly put a nice note and a cute head band with a lint roller. classy touch . But I most be totally honest you sent a pint juice jacket with the pants . the jackets is a little dark shade of a lighter pink then the pants. you could tell less you looked real close. did you put those in there by accident? please let me know. thank you:) kindest Regards kathlene luteman:)
