Women dress, empire waist by Gill in ash blue new

This dress really impressed me at first I didnt think I would like .. But seeing how much the bottom can flow as you walk since the waist is that of emperor. Leaving the skirt the major part of the dress ..l Then to see add the ash blue gypsy style top .but its not a seperate piece they are one .. The pattern actually looks as if the dainty flowers are following a path along the stunning geometric ( trending! ) lines. Looks gorgeous on .I need to get a model.
