sheilacozart @schnauzerluver7 I was able to look more closely at the pants. They are not a nylon feel, nor velvet like, they are more like a soft polyester fabric, there is a little SHEIN to the fabric, there is elastic on both sides of the waistband for a comfy fit, zip front. Hope this helps. I will try to post a better pic of the fabric. Thanks Sheila
