Gorgeous unique ruby stripes inside of diamond heart. 16 good colored si1 diamonds around heart with 5 smaller good color diamonds on each side of setting. Thick 18k white gold band with ornate intricate setting. This is an absolute winner of a gift for your love. Could use a good cleaning but it is very sparkly! Just had it appraised today. Only worn a handful of times for special occasions. Excellent condition!
