Women’s 2000’s Shirt/Dress

This is a women’s 2000s shirt but also can be used as a dress if you are shorter. It is a size large but will fit medium as well. It’s in fair condition, been worn serval times but there’s only a small stitching issue on the back of the turtle neck part. Made out of cotton.
