Positive Attitude brand Women’s 8 vintage dress. Most likely from the 90’s. Long length, short sleeve, white, flower, crinkle details. Has a sewn-in liner and small shoulder pads. It reaches to my ankles (I’m 5’ 4”). The hem is so cute with a little high-low action. Very dainty and flowy. In excellent condition.
