erniep4 @booklover63. These normally fit one half size down from your regular shoe. So if you wear an 8 in your trainers, then you would normally be a 7.5 in these ballroom shoes.

erniep4 @divanadia you are correct with the sizing. that is normally what people wear. however everyone is different. I unfortunately do not have a size 7. the only thing i could suggest is finding a store that sells this brand and trying them on to make sure what size you want.
