Hello- I measured the narrowest part of the waist which is the banded part and from left to right it is 15.5 inches but it does have some stretch and could stretch another inch. About 4 inches below the band, it is 20.5 inches but again could stretch another inch due to some ability to stretch. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
