Thank you. I often ask for this info and I'm very glad I did this time. A small is usually 18-19". This is under that. It's your page but you might want to express that it's sized for an extra small to small, not a medium. And now i realize the color is most likely blue butterfly which was an amazing hue of blue/violet. I would like to own this but I would not be able to get this over my head. Sorry.
