Women's Billabong x Salty Blonde dress

Probably one of my most loved fabric on any piece of clothing I've ever owned. I purchased this for a vacation that ended abruptly; years later and it still has not been worn. It NEEDS to go to a good home and be showcased at a fun event! Brand is Billabong This dress was a 2020 limited release/collaboration between The Salty Blonde x Billabong Brand new w/o tags; this dress has never been worn (sadly!) Size is small This dress has a kind of criss cross front (you can easily throw in a few extra stitches or pin it if needed. It's definitely stretchy enough up top for nursing mommas also (: The arms are smock cinched, and this style is then mimicked in the high empire style waist. Maxi length. I do not have the original packaging, but I do ship kindly and quickly!
