Women's Black Drop Peplum Top by Zara Business Casual

This item is in like new condition. A very classic looking style, it has a round neckline and keyhole closure with single small button in back. There is no fabric tag but if I had to guess I would say it's polyester and the texture is rough, not smooth or silky. The bottom of the garment is like a semi peplum effect it is not gathered all the way around but the sides have the peplum look and the middle goes straight downward. Hope that makes sense.
