This gorgeous Women’s Black Tibi Dress -Sz. 8 is two beautiful for words. It has a V-neck line accentuated with various shapes and sizes of white and brown cut outs, appliquéd down the front of the dress. The appliqué have been hand sewn, which requires a great amount of detailed work as you will see from the pictures. The dress has an empire waist, which makes it flattering for all shapes and sizes. The dress looks amazing on and is a perfect summer dress! The dress is made of silk (feels more like a rayon, because it’s a thick silk of a high quality….designer😊) and has a liner made from 💯% acetate, so it’s very well made.
