Women's Blue American Eagle Dress

This dress is light and flowy, Fits like a L-XL. Has a Blue lining on the bottom half. Top is slightly see through in the right lighting. Machine wash cold, line dry. Tag says cool iron if needed, you will need this. The lining will wrinkle if stored improperly, but irons out lining. The cut outs on the sleeves have a button. There is an extra button on the tag.
