mlambert73 @elizabeth_814 .........@elizabeth_814 ......@elizabeth_814 ......from top of shoulder to the bottom is 36 inches. The shell is 89% polyester and 11% nylon and the lining is 100% nylon. The liner and sleeve liner is 55% rayon and 45% acetate. It's Brem Rainwear but I honestly don't know if it is 100% waterproof or not. I've never worn it except to try it on.
