carliwalsh @xkaseyclairex it's about a size 8/9 (in women jeans) across the waist band. And 22 inches going up and down! It has the draw string, so you can tighten it, but also stretches! And since they are Capris, they have some stretchy material on the bottom that will fit your calf!
