( DO NOT BUY). (PLEASE READ). IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS WATCH PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I’m not sure whether or not this is a genuine pice. I noticed the bracket links can only be taken out or put in in one side only which is unusual. There are many signs of authentic detail but I’m not sure and wouldn’t want to rip someone off on their money. I have no papers or box, only the watch. The watch also needs to linked back together, a new battery, and a good cleaning.

80smusic @rashmi2 it is and it isn’t. I would like to know a little more about the watch before someone buys it because I would hate for someone to be ripped off. The only reason I didn’t list it under “not for sale” is because I wanted people to see it. If you are comfortable and confident that it is authentic then yes it is for sale but I’m not for sure.

underhill81 @80smusic Couldn't hurt to email them and explain your situation and concerns. See what they say. Depending on where you're located, you could also bring it to a local jeweler that deals with Cartier watches and might be able to lend their expertise on the matter. I know there are many websites on how to spot fake Cartier watches out there but the easiest would be to just reach out to PoshMark re: Authentication. Good Luck!! 😃 It's gorgeous! hannahkin06 It's fake. The star number 2301 doesn't have a date inside of the dial. The watch is totally different to the real one. You can check the picture of style number 2301 and compare definitely fake watch
