Women's Charlotte Russe medium dress/shirt

Charlotte Russe size medium women's dress but short enough to be worn like a tunic top. Never worn, in excellent condition with no rips, tears or stains. Perfect for summertime! Last photo I added in just recently with a backdrop to help show more of the detail. The length from top of the crochet/lace down to hem is 20", 33" total from top of strap to hem.
