Pretty blue Christmas fabric with Christmas cats with red and white polka dot pockets, straps and ruffle. The reverse side is white, but there are no pockets on the other side. The neck strap has a snap for easy taking off and on. It ties at the waist. Comfortable and fun. SIZE: Women's size which it will fit a small, medium, large, and even ex-large size. The straps are long. From the top of the neck strap closed to the bottom of the ruffle is 37 inches. 100% cotton - machine washable and tumble dry.
