Women’s Cocktail Dress - NWT

Brand new with tags. Runs small in my opinion. The tag says XL but it is likely Asian sizing.It fits more like medium…maybe a junior Large. The fabric is stretchy for a body-hugging fit. The color is royal blue with a black lace overlay. The front has a higher cut with a deeper V in the back.
