alaskabrandii @zoealvarez Hi there! I can measure the heel to be exact tomorrow, but I estimate it is about an inch and a half. Also I believe it is genuine leather. Not 100% sure, but when I got them the bottom of the shoe had that leather stamp. Thanks for your interest!

alaskabrandii @zoealvarez Hi there, I messaged you and I apologized, letting you know that I will absolutely accept the return! I was not aware of the zippers, I wouldn't have sold them. I did not decline the return. I figured it was already set up and on it's way back to me already since there was a case opened. Let me see what's going on on the poshmark side.

alaskabrandii @zoealvarez I messaged you under the case that was opened days ago. Poshmark still has to approve the return claim before it can release the funds back to you. There is nothing I can do to speed up the process that I am aware of.
