Womens Decree Spring Green Two Tier Smock Neck Preppy Spring Mini Dress. This adorable spring dress is perfect for a fun and casual event. This spring green dress is two tier with a lovely crochet detail around the rib area. It closes with a keyhole button in back. The bottom has a fun pleated movement when worn. The waiste has an elastic band with lots of room for stretch. The length of this dress is short. The dress is in great condition with almost no issues. The only issue would be a few minor spots on the back side of the dress on the right side near the shoulders. These couple of spots are shown in picture 4. My opinion is that they are not very noticible in real life (or in the photo). This dress would be perfect for an outdoor wedding, graduation party, or Easter event. Could easily be dressed down with a jean jacket and flat sandals or dress up with wedges and some statement jewlery. Please let me know if you have questions!
