This low v-cut dress has a mesh like material with a unique design adding colors of blue, green, white, and black. It’s absolutely stunning and has only been worn once for a fashion show. High rise on the left hip and trimmed with a belt like satin design on the waist, left hip, and chest area. Under the garment there is a black slip on bottom to keep dress in place. This part of the dress was never used. It’s definitely a dress to be worn for a special occasion. *Excellent condition and practically NEW
