ltedrick68 @baby449 that is not easy to measure because there is a strap that technically goes underarm to underarm, but the dress falls behind it to the rear. The measurement is 18.5" if stretched out flat and the front gathers pulling. With a person in the dress it's about 14-15"

graceofgod60 I love the color of this dress. My eyes are turquoise color naturally. So I’m attracted to that color. My dilemma with the dress is that my breast size is 38D. The number that they put out I don’t understand. 14 and 15 stretched I don’t know what that means. All I know is I have a hard time finding clothes to fit me. Thank you

ltedrick68 @graceofgod60 i was asked to measure armpit to armpit, but there is a band that runs through the middle of the dress around the boob area.....I am a 36D and the dress fits me...I've just never worn it.
