Women's Dressy Black Long dress

Chiffon type fabric feel with lining. front bust is fitted with an empire type waist, fluttery sleeves have a slit like the cold shoulder look. The back is tapered in with darts. size tag says 3', but it looks more like a size 10/12. i can sent measurements if you are interested.
